• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering/ Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ or related discipline.

We are seeking a high-potential Research & Development (R & D) professional to join as an Executive, R & D to work closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the formulation and development of new food products, from ideation through to commercialization.

• Ensure all new products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities for new product development.

• Improve existing products and processes to enhance quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Implement best practices in food technology and R & D methodologies.

• Utilize sensory evaluation and consumer feedback to refine product offerings.

• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Quality Assurance.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
