• Strong leadership and team management capability.

• Production planning & inventory control expertise.

• Knowledge of supply chain and vendor management.

• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety compliance.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily operations of lithium battery production/assembly.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Monitor inventory, raw materials, and supply chain processes.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, technical, and logistics teams.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

• Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.

• Manage factory manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation.

• Prepare operational reports, production analysis, and KPI dashboards for management.

• Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation where applicable.
