Responsibilities & Context:
1. Production of new products as per the requirements of the sales and marketing department.
2. Preparation of samples before production of new products.
3. Verification of quality and shelf life of the produced samples.
4. Following all guidelines and standards of regulatory authorities such as BSTI, Safe Food Authority.
5. Identifying problems with manufactured products, solving them, and preparing reports.
6. Maintaining the balance between production costs and product quality.
7. Constantly monitoring market demand and customer usage.
