1. Ensuring production and packaging supply of Mela Bakery Unit considering the market demand.

2. Preparing quarterly, half-yearly budget on overall production packaging activities.

3. Analyzing budget variances and preparing weekly/monthly reports.

4. Analyzing production variances and preparing weekly/monthly reports.

5. Controlling wastage and keeping it within acceptable limits.

6. Implementing new product development plans and schedules.

7. Supervising and properly managing the activities of employees.

8. Calculating raw materials and giving reports to the department and working accordingly.

9. Maintaining the quality of all products during production and packaging so that defect-free production can be achieved.

10. Assisting in meeting targets by producing, packaging and supplying products as per market demand.

11. Supervise the packaging team and prepare the products for delivery to the market.

12. Supervise subordinates and ensure effective utilization of man-hours.

13. Manage the administrative activities of the Mela Bakery Unit.

14. Ensure strict hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of production, packaging, store and distribution.

15. Prepare all types of reports for production and packaging.

16. Perform any work as per the instructions of the management
