Responsibilities & Context:

🔹 Production Planning and Supervision:

Ensuring proper use of machines and workers

🔹 Raw Material Management:

Proper use of melamine powder, chemicals, colors, etc.

Reducing waste.

Monitoring stock.

🔹 Quality Control:

Verifying product quality.

Checking design, color, and finishing are correct.

Separating defective products.

🔹 Machine and Mold Maintenance:

Checking whether press machine, heater, mold are running properly.

Quickly solving minor problems.

Informing technician in case of major problems.

🔹 Labor Management:

Dividing work among operators and helpers.

Managing shift duties.

Maintaining discipline.

🔹 Reporting:

Preparing daily production reports.

Providing updates to management.

Reporting losses/breakages.

🔹 Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring safety in the factory.

Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with safety guidelines.
