Responsibilities & Context:
Complete assigned rotational training in various departments of the organization (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Admin, etc.).
Gain practical experience in company policies, SOPs and operational processes.
Assist in monitoring and implementing daily activities under the supervision of department heads.
Assist the team in ensuring efficiency, quality and timely delivery of production activities.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Analyze production, sales and operation data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Identify problems, propose effective solutions and participate in implementation.
Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve set goals.
Adhere to company safety, 5S and compliance policies.
Successfully complete all training, assignments and projects on time.
Perform other duties assigned by higher authorities appropriately.
Prepare yourself to lead in supervisory or management positions in the future
