• Must be experienced in AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspection systems.

• Capable of managing and guiding the technical team effectively.

• Ensure compliance with buyers' Code of Conduct (COC).

• Develop and implement corrective action plans for continuous improvement and permanent solutions.

• Monitor and analyze quality findings in production, including stitching and rework issues.

• Present findings through statistical interpretation to relevant section heads.

• Support departments in minimizing reworks and reducing defect rates.

• Implement controls to prevent interdepartmental rework.

• Perform in-line, pre-shipment, and final inspections to ensure product quality at all stages.

• Provide technical support to the production team when required to ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Responsible for all technical efforts from product development through to final production.

• Independently manage buyers with regard to all quality assurance matters.

• Make necessary adjustments to measurement charts and garment patterns to meet quality standards.

• Advise and assist the QC team and factory personnel in solving technical and production issues.

• Must have experience in conducting and evaluating maintenance inspections.

• Train unskilled workers to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
