• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Medicine

• Only Female

• MBBS from any recognized Medical College, preferably from Public medical College & registration with Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council Hospital/Association.

• Responsible for ensuring comprehensive medical support for all factory workers, including conducting age estimations and physical interviews to provide fitness certificates during recruitment.

• Oversee medical examinations for employees exposed to health hazards, recommending periodic check-ups accordingly.

• Analyze minor injuries, prepare reports for management, and lead occupational health training sessions for workers.

• Responsible to planning, organizing, and managing the medical team, including medical assistants and nurses, while ensuring all medical tools, equipment, and machines are maintained in proper order.

• Maintain critical records such as serious accident registers, medicine issue logs, and receipt registers.

• Regularly check patients’ health status, providing necessary medical guidance, prescriptions, and recommendations for their well-being.

• Responsible to conduct first aid training for designated first aider and monitoring maternity cases for eligible employees

• Any other task assigned by Management
