Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd, a leading handbag manufacturing industry in Bangladesh & 100% export-oriented company based in Hong Kong, located at Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari is looking for skilled and experienced candidates for the position of Senior / Officer – Production (Floor In-Charge) to supervise daily production operations and ensure smooth production activities. The role plays a vital part in production team, maintaining product quality, and achieving daily output targets while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day production operations to ensure targets are achieved.
Allocate manpower efficiently to meet delivery deadlines as per the production plan schedules.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Provide leadership, training, and support to production workers to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor raw materials usage and minimize production wastage.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Store, and Planning teams for smooth operations.
Maintain strict compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Maintain discipline and a high-performance work environment on the workshop floor.

Salary review after successful completion of probationary period along with guaranteed allowance of BDT 4,000.
