Qualifications & Experience:

  •  ·Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • ·2+ years’ experience in logistics, field monitoring, supply chain, similar role preferably in transport & group of company.

  • ·Experience with field data collection, basic inventory control, and transport oversight.

  • ·Comfortable with frequent travel and working in remote or challenging environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in transport & Logistic department to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and verify field logistics activities (transport, storage, distribution) to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Conduct regular field visits and on-site checks of warehouses, distribution points, and transport hubs.

  • Track movement of goods, confirm receipt/delivery, and investigate discrepancies.

  • Collect, validate, and report quantitative and qualitative data (delivery status, inventory levels, incidents).

  • Use mobile/tools to upload field reports, GPS coordinates, photos, and supporting documents.

  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, local partners, and beneficiaries to resolve operational issues.

  • Monitor compliance with safety, security, and quality standards and recommend corrective actions.

  • Support distribution planning and provide input to optimize routes, schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Maintain logbooks, manifests, and confirmation documents; support audits and donor reporting as needed.

  • Provide ad-hoc operational support during emergencies or escalations.
