• Supervise the receipt and issuance of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods, and other inventory in accordance with SOPs and other required standards.

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely material availability for production and on-time dispatch of finished goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system and ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.

• Conduct routine stock verification and support periodic physical inventory to ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.

• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, storage conditions and material handling practices to ensure compliance as per company standards.

• Supervise warehouse personnel, monitor productivity and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate uninterrupted material flow and resolve operational issues.
