• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition, Food Science & Technology, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Eng & Production
• Master of Science (MSc) in Food & Nutrition, Food Science & Technology, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Eng & Production

• 8 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Food (Packaged)

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Oversee end-to-end production functions at the Spice & Agro unit from raw materials receipt, production, quality control, to delivery of finished products.

• Achieve production targets by increasing overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and reducing operational breakdown.

• Ensuring adherence to cost control measures and leading, process specifications and quality standards.

• Implement all strategic management decisions through continuous process innovation with the end objective of achieving cost and supply chain efficiencies.

• Assist in the production budget and planning by providing all necessary information on past and future production projections based on factory floor-level capabilities and constraints.

• Assist Plant Head continuously to identify opportunities for technology and process-related upgradation/innovation with a view to enhance the operational efficiency of the production process.

• Plan and adhere to all safety and hygiene measurements to confirm appropriate environment for beverage production.

• Organize preventive actions to achieve overall equipment.

• Ensure delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports as and when required by the management to demonstrate accountability .

• Participate in Monthly Supply Planning meeting to ensure smooth operation through accurate batch planning.

• Take necessary preventive/corrective action plans based on the MIS analysis.

• Implements these action plans in areas under direct supervision in coordination with concerned functions/departments.

• Identify and assess leaders against the company’s leadership competencies to identify potential successors and their development needs.
