• Proficient in MS Office application

• Supervise the assembling work of components of cap (big tip, small tip, washer, and filter) done by contractor through examining that all the components are properly connected and nothing is missing to assemble.

• Make sure that filling contractor’s workers are working as per standard operating procedure (SOP) and maintain quality of filling H2O2 with standard weight.

• Make sure that sticker is properly fitted in each Jerrycan body.

• Supervise the work of delivery with contractor to ensure that all the filling jerrycan delivered is passed with quality checking (QC passed) Sticker attached.

• Fill up accurate documentation form of filling jerrycan and cap with assembling components used and submit to section head.

• Make sure that delivery related all work (Checking truck, Bulk etc.)

• Ensure daily requirement list of Cap, jerrycan, washer, filter etc which is required for filling of H2O2.

• Initiative to ensure zero defects and establish zero tolerance with all works involved in jerrycan issue for filling to delivery.

• Ensure jerrycan quality before filling with zero tolerance and record day by day.

• Maintain all quality control process.
