Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of finished goods as per sales orders.
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and stock records in ERP/SAP.
Supervise warehouse, loading, unloading, and delivery operations.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality, and Transport teams for smooth operations.
Monitor stock movement and conduct regular physical inventory verification.
Prepare daily stock, dispatch, and delivery reports.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of finished goods.
Maintain compliance with company SOPs, 5S, and warehouse safety standards.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and delivery-related issues.
Take initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
