∎ The applicants should have experience in production industry or will be interested to do work in production base industry
∎ Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, Internet, Email & design development
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla (Verbal & Written)
∎ Ability to take responsibility in any circumstances
∎ An amiable personality & Must be a TEAM player with strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have a professional appearance with challenging attitude towards the job
∎ The applicants should have experience in production industry or will be interested to do work in production base industry

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain liaison with government bodies (e.g. BEPZA, Fire service, customs, VAT & Tax, etc.)
∎ Sales & marketing and achieve the company sales & production budget/target
∎ Ensure implementation of the compliance in the factory
∎ Prepare different types of report on regular basis
∎ Coordination with all stakeholders
∎ Take care & coordinate operations teams e.g design & development, accounts, production, administration, procurement, store, etc
∎ Point of contact to the management & various report generation to reflect company SWAT
∎ Monitor shift leaders & supervisors for production scheduling
∎ Maintain consistency of quality of production & operations
∎ Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
∎ Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
∎ Liaison with Technical team & Vendors to maintain machinery & equipment
∎ Motivate, train, and enhance overall performance of production team
∎ Need to learn production art & technology
