• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, or a related discipline.

• Master's degree will be considered an added advantage.

• Experience in managing commercial farms will be preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of modern farming techniques and agricultural best practices.

• Ability to plan, analyze, and solve operational challenges.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel and work at the farm site.

Operations & Production

• Plan, organize, and manage daily agricultural and processing operations

• Monitor crop/produce handling, storage, processing, and dispatch

• Ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and raw materials

• Implement SOPs for farm and factory operations

Supply Chain & Procurement

• Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and vendors for raw material procurement

• Manage inventory, warehousing, and logistics

• Optimize transportation and reduce wastage

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure product quality as per company and regulatory standards (FSSAI/ISO/Organic norms, if applicable)

• Implement quality assurance systems and audits

• Maintain compliance with labor laws, environmental norms, and safety regulations

Team Management

• Supervise farm supervisors, production staff, and operations team

• Conduct training and performance evaluations

• Ensure discipline, safety, and productivity at work sites

Cost & Process Optimization

• Control operational costs and improve efficiency

• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operations reports

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and marketing teams

Support management in planning and expansion activities
