Responsibilities & Context:

· Take overall responsibility for the daily operation of the DOP manufacturing plant.

· Plan and monitor daily production schedules to achieve production targets.

· Supervise DOP reactor operations, including raw material charging, reaction monitoring, process control, unloading, and batch completion.

· Ensure production is carried out according to approved formulations, process parameters, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Perform or approve Quality Control (QC) tests for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished DOP products before release.

· Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records, production logs, and process documentation.

· Prepare daily production reports, yield reports, raw material consumption reports, and finished goods stock reports.

· Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams for uninterrupted production.

· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations related to chemical manufacturing.

· Supervise plant operators and helpers, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job guidance.

· Report daily production KPIs, plant performance, safety incidents, equipment issues, and operational updates directly to the Director.

· Perform any other duties assigned by management.
