A. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

·         Inspection & Scheduling: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for all industrial machinery, utilities, and facility systems.

·         Equipment Reliability: Conduct rigorous and regular inspections of core machinery and critical equipment to detect early signs of wear, malfunction, or inefficiency.

·         Downtime Minimization: Execute planned maintenance tasks systematically during scheduled windows to ensure zero or minimum disruption to active production processes.

B. Repair & Advanced Troubleshooting

·         Diagnostics: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly.

·         Emergency Breakdown Management: Lead the maintenance team during unexpected equipment breakdowns to restore normal operations under strict time constraints.

·         Spare Parts Management: Identify required spare parts, manage critical inventory levels, and coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure parts availability.

C. Cold Chain & Refrigeration Management

·         System Monitoring: Continuously monitor and log the performance, pressure levels, and temperature parameters of all refrigeration units and cold chain equipment.

·         Thermal Efficiency: Calibrate and maintain cooling systems to guarantee precise temperature controls, preventing any product spoilage or quality compromise.

·         Compliance & Safety: Ensure refrigeration systems comply with standard occupational health, environmental safety, and energy efficiency regulations.

D. Utility & Cost Optimization

·         Energy Management: Analyze electricity, fuel, and water consumption patterns to identify areas of energy waste.

·         Cost Reduction: Implement corrective actions and innovative engineering practices to significantly reduce utility and maintenance overhead costs.
