  • Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems and environmental regulations.

  • Experience in environmental reporting and sustainability programs.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in laboratory management, environmental monitoring, and analytical testing.

  • Must Hands-on experience in GC-MS operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and data interpretation is mandatory.

  • Proven experience in performing 16 PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) testing and other REACH compliance tests on raw materials using GC-MS is essential.

  • Experience in environmental compliance, wastewater, water quality, and energy management will be highly preferred.

Skills Required:

  • GC-MS machine operation, ETP/STP, Chemical Management.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for some dynamic, qualified & energetic personnel for the following position: Manager - Lab

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage daily laboratory operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and supervise analytical instruments, especially GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry).
  • Lead l monitoring and testing including:
    • Air emission monitoring.
    • Water quality analysis.
    • Wastewater treatment plant (ETP/STP) monitoring.
    • Solid and hazardous waste management.
    • Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and international standards.
    • Conduct chemical analysis, calibration, validation, and quality assurance of laboratory equipment.
    • Prepare laboratory documentation,
    • Monitor energy, water, and resource consumption; identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
    • Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
    • Ensure laboratory safety practices, chemical handling, and waste disposal procedures are strictly followed.
    • Manage laboratory inventory, chemicals, consumables, and equipment maintenance schedules.
    • Collaborate with production, quality, HSE, and management teams
    • Conduct ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) water quality testing and ensure effluent parameters comply with applicable discharge standards.
