Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master's in any discipline or Equivalent degree from any recognized institution either home or abroad
∎ Academic Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates having prolonged background in RMG operation.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role is responsible for leading a cross-functional team in developing and delivering industry leading solutions to grow the Heat Transfer business.
∎ Lead global revenue growth projects targeting strategic solution that give a competitive capability across the region. Join or even lead conference calls with Foreign Teams/Buyers.
∎ Lead new product developments on project/seasonal basis adding to the portfolio.
∎ Background in Chemistry/Material Sciences that can engineer unique product creation maintaining a competitive sustainable and innovative product portfolio.
∎ Background in Chemistry/Material Sciences that can re-engineer solutions to meet the customers critical requirements i.e., transfer on versatile fabric compositions, softer hand feel
∎ Lead compliance implementation and brand audits meeting RSL standards and brand standards.
∎ Lead to optimize sustainable goals to minimize environmental impact in process and material.
∎ Implement and ensure operations teams that can engage and take ownership to meet their relevant SOP and KPI's.
∎ Identify strategic partners/collaborations that will deliver long term sustainable advantages to the business through sales growth and/or supply chain efficiencies.
∎ Background in Chemistry/Material Sciences that can engineer unique product creation maintaining a competitive sustainable and innovative product portfolio.
∎ Background in Chemistry/Material Sciences that can re-engineer solutions to meet the customers critical requirements i.e., transfer on versatile fabric compositions, softer hand feel
∎ Ensure the Heat Transfer team as the talent required to work across global teams to promote cross culture, diversity, inclusion and execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 10 years hand on experience in manufacturing & operating process in RMG sector.
