• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• Only Male

• At least 2 years of experience in an Assistant Managerial role in the paint industry.

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production plans based on sales orders and inventory levels.

• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse departments for smooth production flow.

Supervision of Manufacturing Process

• Oversee batch preparation, mixing, grinding, dispersion, filtering, and filling operations.

• Ensure correct formulation and process parameters (viscosity, shade matching, drying time, stability, gloss, etc.).

• Monitor production output, reduce wastage, and ensure process consistency.

Quality Control & Assurance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.

• Work closely with QC/QA team for shade accuracy, lab testing, and corrective actions.

• Implement quality improvement programs and reduce non-conformance.

Equipment & Maintenance

• Ensure all mixers, ball mills, bead mills, reactors, filling lines, and lab equipment are properly maintained.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain safe working conditions by ensuring use of PPE and compliance with safety protocols.

Inventory & Resource Management

• Monitor raw material usage, stock levels, and consumption patterns.

• Reduce production loss, wastage, and optimize cost.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise production staff, operators, technicians, helpers, and shift in-charge.

Production Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain documentation of formulations, process changes, and quality deviations.
