BIGSHOT is a fast-growing plus-size fashion brand in Bangladesh, focused on redefining men’s fashion & lifestyle for BIG SIZE People.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Production & QC Officer who can take ownership, ensure quality, and keep our production running like clockwork.

📌 Position: Production & QC Officer

📍 Location: Dhaka (Onsite)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

⏳ Experience: 1.5 – 2 years (Freshers are not eligible)

💰 Salary: Industry Standard

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain production timelines and ensure on-time product launches

• Coordinate and manage production flow between BIGSHOT and factories

• Identify and solve production issues while maintaining deadlines

• Track and document all production-related data accurately

• Ensure error-free packaging and smooth in-house product handling

• Conduct quality checks (QC) during and after production

• Maintain consistent brand quality standards across all products

• Evaluate product quality and costing aligned with market standards

• Handle any other responsibilities related to production & QC
