Responsibilities & Context:

BIGSHOT is a growing plus-size fashion brand in Bangladesh, focused on redefining men’s fashion & lifestyle for BIG SIZE individuals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source fabrics from reliable suppliers ensuring best quality and pricing.

• Maintain strict fabric quality assurance standards.

• Identify and source unique and trend-driven fabrics aligned with brand identity.

• Source garments accessories (buttons, zippers, labels, packaging, etc.)

• Ensure on-time availability of all materials for smooth production.

• Maintain brand tone and consistency through material selection.

• Negotiate and ensure fair-rate fabric sourcing.

• Work closely with the design team to align sourcing with product vision.

• Maintain proper documentation and supplier coordination.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in merchandising / sourcing (fashion industry preferred)

• Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of fabric types and garment accessories

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to manage timelines and multitask efficiently

• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
