Additional Requirements:
1-2 years of work experience in Quality Control Department in RMG sector/ similar organization
Knowledge of Quality assurance (fabrics washing system following standard and 4-point fabrics inspections system)
Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding) Analytical ability and report writing skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the process and finish product quality as per requirement
Conduct 100% inspection of every consignment by assuring color bleeding test, styling, measurement, and all other quality aspects as per the approved sample
Conduct inspection of raw materials and accessories as per required standard Identify and focus on finding defects and take initiatives to solve the problems
Monitor all levels of inspection including the inline, pre-final, and final levels
Visit the vendor factories on a frequent basis whenever required
Conduct root-cause analysis and take preventive action to reduce garments fault/defect and perform customer feedback analysis

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
