Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Merchandiser.

·Proven leadership experience in a production environment.

· Strong understanding of fabric types and cutting techniques.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Age should be within 27- 35 years.

· Overseeing the update on production status, sampling & required information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyers.

· Have to manage client accounts from order inquiry to shipment, inventory, and Supply chain planning.

· Responsible for proper follow-up and committed to the timeline given by Buyers and obviously meet the timeline.

· Co-ordinates with the production team to deliver on-time shipments and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.

· Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production. Work collaboratively with both the bulk and development parts.

· Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

· Handling supply/production problems if they arise.

· Strong capability to handle in quantitative analysis.

· Arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories from local & foreign sources as required for production.

· Maintain the style checklist for each & every style for receiving & issuing.

· Maintain all quality policies.

· Follow up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipment moves on time.

· Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
