Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• HSC

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Merchandiser.

· Proven leadership experience in a production environment.

·  Strong understanding of fabric types and cutting techniques.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Age should be within 27- 35 years.

• Plant Operation: Operate and monitor the ETP equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance.

• Process Control: Regularly monitor and control the treatment process parameters such as flow rates, pH levels, chemical dosing, and sludge disposal to maintain efficiency and compliance.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot operational issues or deviations from standard parameters promptly to prevent disruptions and ensure continuous operation.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment inspection, cleaning, and calibration, to keep the plant in good working condition and minimize downtime.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular tests and analysis of effluent samples to assess treatment effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and environmental monitoring data for reporting and compliance purposes.

• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or hazards. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards by following proper waste disposal practices and minimizing environmental impact.
