Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee annual and monthly manufacturing schedules to meet volume targets.

• Control operational expenditures, capital budgets, and plant production costs.

• Direct raw material procurement, inventory levels, and supplier negotiations.

• Enforce international standards like ISO and OEKO-TEX across processing stages.

• Minimize machine downtime through strategic preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Manage, mentor, and evaluate department heads, engineers, and floor supervisors.

• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety codes.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.

• Evaluate and integrate modern textile machinery, automation, and digital tracking tools.

• Partner with marketing teams to review technical feasibility and guarantee on-time delivery.
