• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Technology.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or MBA will be an added advantage.
• Must have proven hands-on experience in 100% cotton, tencel, viscose, polyester and their blend for rotor yarn production.
• Strong expertise in raw material mixing, fiber blending techniques, and maintaining shade consistency.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Oversee end-to-end operations of the spinning mill, including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain.
2. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
4. Lead and manage departments including production, HR, engineering, and administration.
5. Implement modern spinning technologies and continuous process improvements.
6. Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and minimize downtime.
7. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
8. Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for raw materials.
9. Coordinate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align production with market demand, ensure effective communication, and support business growth through strategic planning.
10. Analyze production data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
11. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve profitability and performance.
12. Build, train, and motivate a strong team to achieve organizational goals.
