Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing from any recognized university.

• Minimum CGPA: 3.00

Additional Requirements:

• Age 26 to 38 years

• Experience in the garment and Textile industries.

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Execute knit product development while understanding current fashion trends and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate closely with the fabric, planning, and sourcing teams.

• Maintain effective communication with buyers and suppliers regarding daily merchandising activities and approvals.

• Follow up on sample development and bulk production with the factory.

• Prepare accurate product costing sheets.

• Monitor and update the Time & Action (TNA) plan to ensure on-time delivery.

• Coordinate shipment activities according to buyer requirements.

• Ensure smooth execution of orders from development through shipment.
