B.Sc in IPE from a reputed university. Students from SUST/KUET/RUET/AUST will get preference.

B.Sc in textiles/Industrial & Production Engineering from a reputed University.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • We are seeking an experienced IE Manager who has practical experience in the Suits & Blazers factory to lead the production floor & increase Efficiency.

  • Job Location: Manikganj

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective Industrial Engineering systems to maximize productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, and manpower utilization across the factory.

  2. Conduct detailed SMV/SAM analysis, time study, method study, work measurement, and operation breakdown for suits, blazers, and other tailored garments.

  3. Prepare and review production capacity, manpower requirements, line layouts, line balancing, and production targets based on order volume and delivery requirements.

  4. Analyze production processes and identify bottlenecks, idle time, non-value-added activities, and productivity losses, and implement appropriate improvement measures.

  5. Monitor daily production efficiency, line performance, operator productivity, downtime, and target achievement, and provide timely reports to management.

  6. Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Technical, Merchandising, and Maintenance teams to improve workflow and resolve production constraints.

  7. Establish and monitor line-wise and operation-wise targets and ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.

  8. Lead capacity planning, layout optimization, manpower balancing, and productivity improvement projects, including Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

  9. Develop and maintain IE-related reports, including SMV/SAM, efficiency, productivity, capacity, manpower, line balancing, and performance analysis.

  10. Lead and develop the IE team and ensure continuous improvement in production efficiency, cost effectiveness, and overall factory performance.
