Responsibilities & Context:
Expert in trouser manufacturing
Capable of running a team of work study, motion study and SMV calculation.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operation times.
Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste in trouser sewing and cutting and packing.
Prepare line balancing and manpower planning for optimum productivity.
Monitor production performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop production capacity plans and monitor utilization.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
Prepare IE reports, productivity analysis, and performance dashboards for management
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
