Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed university (preferably in Graphics Design)

• Age At least 18 years

• Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in Graphic Design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Strong ability to trace motifs and prepare digital artworks with precision.

• Understanding of embroidery and print placements on apparel/products.

• Prepare clean tracings of motifs for embroidery and prints using Illustrator/Photoshop.

• Convert motifs and designs into accurate layouts as per designer instructions.

• Apply finalized artworks onto silhouettes for presentations and sampling.

• Ensure timely delivery proper tracing for production.

• Prepare monthly work reports and maintain organized, editable, production-ready files.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.

• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
