Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead daily production operations to ensure achievement of production plans, efficiency, and delivery commitments.

• Monitor production KPIs including productivity, efficiency, utilization, rejection rates, and on-time delivery.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and factory resources.

• Resolve production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

• Improve productivity while reducing operational costs and waste.

• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to minimize defects and customer complaints.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Washing, Finishing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely shipment of orders.

• Review capacity planning and production loading to maximize factory performance.

• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.

• Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.

• Control overtime, wastage, rework, and other non-value-added activities.

• Ensure adherence to social compliance, sustainability, and audit requirements.
