Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• MBBS degree from a recognized university/medical college.

• Valid registration with the BMDC (Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council).

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 27 years
• Only Female

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Officer in a garment/manufacturing factory.

• Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations under the Bangladesh Labour Law.

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

• Attend patients with ensuring proper Physical Check-up & prescribe medicine to employees & keep records in Dr. Register Book.

• Provide sick leave to employees & maintain record in sick leave register book.

• Responsible for providing maternity leave & provide overall guidance.

• Issue fitness Certificate, Age estimation Certificate at the time of recruitment.

• Refer the serious and critical & injured patients to referred hospital if required & handover patient to medical assistant.

• Organize and conduct health awareness, occupational safety, and personal hygiene training sessions for workforce members.

• Supervise medical staff and maintain all health records.

• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical audit initiatives.
