• To execute and monitor all commercial activities related to the imports of machinery and spare parts, ensuring compliance with company policies, banking regulations, customs requirements, and internal procedures.

• Process imports L/Cs, amendments, and shipping documents
  Coordinates with suppliers, banks, freights forwarders, and C&F agents.

• Monitor shipment schedules and customs clearance activities.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh bank regulations, Customs Requirements, and company policies.
  Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Accounts & Finance, and Factory teams for smooth import execution.

• Maintain import records, cost sheets, and ERP MIS reports.
  Follow up on shipment status and resolve import – related issues promptly.
