• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Industrial Engineering
• Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (if any).

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Analyze production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and enhance productivity.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor manpower utilization and line balancing.

• Support management in achieving production targets with optimal resource use.
