• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Diploma in Business Studies in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

PGD, Audit

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At least 32 years

• Manage the end-to-end Human Resource compliance as per National Labour Law and Policy of foreign buyers and stakeholders.

• Maintain employee attendance records and ensure accurate processing of attendance, overtime, and shift schedules.

• Administer employee leave applications, maintain leave balances, and ensure compliance with company leave policies.

• Support factory HR operations, including employee documentation, joining formalities, transfers, confirmations, and exit procedures.

• Prepare and maintain employee personnel files and HR-related records in compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and recruitment planning.

• Assist in implementing HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievance handling.

• Generate HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, leave, and employee data for management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.

• Perform any other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
