Monitor and follow up on priority styles at the subcontract factory.
Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day-to-night basis.

Job Responsibilities
Check all the Wet process and preparation phases necessary to produce (washing) a costume in the allotted time
Monitor Wet process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the Wet process section to ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers.
Apply the Wet procedures and standards stated in the agreement and plan to remain within the approved percentage for rejection, re-wash and wastage at Wet process stage.
Implement planned activities to achieve the daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly targets.
Conduct special follow-up on delivery closing styles to meet deadlines with high-quality standards, promptly address any quality issues that arise during production by applying technical expertise to maintain a seamless production flow.
Reduce wash costs by analyzing recipes and using washing chemicals in a proper way.
Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs
Deal with disciplinary matters and solve day-to-day issues in an amicable way to motivate employees towards a congenial work environment.
Implement safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site, comply with the clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.
Handle other responsibilities and projects assigned for business purposes.
