Responsibilities & Context:

·Lead and implement organization-wide Organizational Development strategies aligned with business objectives.

·Drive the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement initiatives.

·Design and implement competency frameworks, organizational structures, job architecture, and career development frameworks.

·Lead organizational diagnosis and recommend interventions to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.

·Partner with business leaders across corporate and manufacturing plants to implement OD initiatives and drive change management programs.

·Lead and execute organization transformation, restructuring, culture-building, and workforce effectiveness projects.

·Manage and optimize SAP HR modules related to Organizational Management, Performance Management, employee master data, and reporting.

·Ensure SAP HR data accuracy, system optimization, and continuous process improvements through automation.

·Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to implement SAP enhancements and HR digitalization initiatives.

·Monitor organizational metrics and prepare HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.

·Ensure compliance with company policies, HR governance, and applicable labor laws.
