Experience:
The candidate should hold a Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or a Degree in Textile Engineering from a recognized and reputed university in Bangladesh.
Six Sigma certification (any level, e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt) will be an added advantage.
Especially, experience working with Target USA buyers and having full knowledge of the end-to-end process, as well as exposure to brands such as Zara and Levi's, will be an advantage
Up-to-date knowledge of QMS, IE, and Lean tools, with a strong understanding of the latest machines, technologies, and equipment.
Good reporting, analytical, and computer skills, including CAPA preparation and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT).
Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities
Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement.
Implementation of the quality process as per SOP.
Set Quality standard and drive Quality Control system and maintain Quality Assurance.
Prepare quality action plan and arrange PP, Pilot, First Bulk, meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments and analysis result.
Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plan and analysis results.
Conduct quality audit daily basis and submit report to Head of Quality.
Conduct risk analysis meeting for all the styles and maintain the records.
Prepare factory for technical/Quality Audit.
Must have the ability to provide training to the staffs & workers.
Must implement all Columbia standards consistently across all our partner factories.
