  • Age At least 24 years
  • Six Sigma certification (any level, e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt) will be an added advantage.

  • Especially, experience working with Target USA buyers and having full knowledge of the end-to-end process, as well as exposure to brands such as Zara and Levi's, will be an advantage

  • Up-to-date knowledge of QMS, IE, and Lean tools, with a strong understanding of the latest machines, technologies, and equipment.

  • Good reporting, analytical, and computer skills, including CAPA preparation and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT).

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement.

  • Implementation of the quality process as per SOP.

  • Set Quality standard and drive Quality Control system and maintain Quality Assurance.

  • Prepare quality action plan and arrange PP, Pilot, First Bulk, meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments and analysis result.

  • Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plan and analysis results.

  • Conduct quality audit daily basis and submit report to Head of Quality.

  • Conduct risk analysis meeting for all the styles and maintain the records.

  • Prepare factory for technical/Quality Audit.

  • Must have the ability to provide training to the staffs & workers.

  • Must implement all Columbia standards consistently across all our partner factories.
