1. Develop and maintain sample timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.

2. To ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample is communicated to the concerned persons/dept. timely.

3. To ensure that quality samples are prepared and the same samples are given to the concerned section so that they can maintain the required standard.

4. Hand-on experience in managing and maintaining QC Files, tech packs, approved samples, and related documentation.

5. To Check the Sketch sample & Make the Sample as per the Buyer Requirement.

6. Prepare design sample, size set, fit sample, red seal & gold seal samples upon received from the buyer.

7. To maintain necessary file/record for day-to-day sample section’s activities.

8. Have to ensure quality standard as per buyer standard & AQL levels

9. Identify quality risks/defects early in before sample finalize and take immediate corrective and preventive actions by the discussion with concern merchandiser.

10. Solve any technical or quality-related issues independently and efficiently.

11. Maintain strong coordination between the merchandising team & sample section.

Special Note : Educational qualification is negotiable for candidates with solid professional experience.
