1. Age At least 35 years

2. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Pattern Master with strong expertise in Lectra CAD within a woven garment manufacturing environment.

3. Hands-on experience in ladies wear products, including light woven garments, outerwear, dresses, blouses, skirts, and formal pants.

1. Develop and modify garment patterns using Lectra CAD software and manual pattern-making techniques.

2. Interpret buyer tech packs, measurement charts, and garment specifications to create accurate production patterns.

3. Prepare base patterns, graded patterns, and marker plans for sampling and bulk production.

4. Review fit samples and recommend pattern adjustments to achieve the required fit and construction.

5. Ensure patterns are production-friendly and support efficient manufacturing with minimum fabric wastage.

6. Coordinate with Technical, Sample, Merchandising, and Production teams to resolve pattern and fitting issues.

7. Verify pattern accuracy, measurements, seam allowances, notches, and construction details before release.

8. Ensure timely completion of patterns to meet sampling and production schedules.

9. Should to know good mail communication / verbal communication by English.

10. Probation period 3 months and will be jobless if Management is not satisfaction.

11. Should mentality to work under pressure.
