BIGSHOT is a growing plus-size fashion brand in Bangladesh, focused on redefining men’s fashion & lifestyle for BIG SIZE individuals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the full order processing system

• Ensure smooth and timely delivery processing

• Manage and maintain accurate product inventory

• Prepare and report accounting data on time

• Align and coordinate with all internal teams for smooth operations

• Handle and monitor all operational processes end-to-end

• Maintain daily alignment with showroom operations

• Identify operational gaps and ensure process improvements

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business-related preferred)

• Experience: 1–2 years in operations / admin / relevant field

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounting & accounting processes

• Previous experience in data entry / data management

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and highly responsible
