1. Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Bank export cash incentive policies.

2. Sound understanding of export documentation, L/C procedures, customs, and bond regulations.

3. Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Prepare, verify, and submit export cash incentive claims to banks within stipulated timelines.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank circulars, government policies, and bank requirements.

• Review and maintain all supporting export documents, including EXP, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Back-to-Back L/C, Master L/C, PRC, UD, and EPRC.

• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Merchandising, Shipping, Customs & Bond, and Banking partners for smooth claim processing.

• Follow up with banks to ensure timely settlement and realization of incentive claims.

• Resolve documentation discrepancies and respond to bank observations promptly.

• Maintain accurate records, MIS, and claim status reports.

• Stay updated with changes in export incentive policies and recommend process improvements.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
