Responsibilities & Context:
Drive factory cost optimization through continuous monitoring and control of operational expenses.
Analyze CM, SMV efficiency, and order-wise profitability to improve margin performance.
Control fabric, trims and utility consumption to minimize wastage and excess cost.
Monitor line efficiency, NPT, rejection, alteration, and idle manpower cost impact.
Prepare real-time cost variance analysis between budgeted and actual factory expenses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in production, inventory, energy, and resource utilization.
Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and prevent stock loss and overconsumption.
Support management with financial insights for production planning and capacity utilization.
Monitor cash flow pressure related to production, shipment, and factory operations.
Develop effective internal control systems to improve financial discipline and accountability.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Planning, Commercial, Store, and SCM teams for cost-efficient operations.
