Context:
The Executive/Sr. Executive - Distribution will be responsible for managing the loading and unloading of finished goods, ensuring efficient distribution, and maintaining proper documentation. The role also involves managing the distribution team, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining FIFO systems for product distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading of finished goods.
Must have the capability to use software for challan purposes and bill preparation.
Inform daily about stock reports to factory G.M, head office accounts, and sales.
Must have the ability to control the distribution team.
Should have knowledge about product lot no during loading of finished goods.
Need to maintain FIFO system for distribution of finished goods.
Capabilities to maintain lot report during submission of B2B product bill.
Prepare daily stock reports in software by physical counting.
