• Take full responsibility for running all factory functions including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Store, Admin, Accounts, and Delivery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

• Monitor daily and monthly production targets, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery of products to meet business commitments.

• Track and evaluate performance across all departments, ensuring execution of planned activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead department heads, supervisors, and workers; ensure proper manpower allocation, discipline, productivity enhancement, and employee development.

• Ensure products meet quality standards, minimize rejections, wastage, and rework while continuously improving factory efficiency and performance.

• Ensure all machinery operates optimally, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate with engineering teams for timely repairs.

• Control factory costs (materials, utilities, manpower), optimize resource utilization, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

• Ensure factory operations adhere to safety, legal, environmental, and compliance standards.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to the Business Head for informed decision-making.
