Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production across artisan hubs (Bandarban, Satkhira, Bogura and Brahmanbaria), ensuring quality, timelines, and efficiency

• Oversee hub operations through regular field visits, performance monitoring, and reporting systems

• Develop and expand artisan network, including onboarding, training, and capacity building

• Optimize productivity and reduce material wastage through process improvements

• Manage raw material planning, sourcing, inventory, and utilisation across hubs and factory

• Execute export orders from sample development to final shipment, ensuring buyer requirements are met

• Coordinate production planning, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery

• Handle buyer communication regarding production updates, samples, and shipment schedules

• Manage logistics, shipping documentation, and export compliance

• Coordinate with CMT factory for finishing, quality control, and packing

• Build SOPs, reporting systems, and mentor team members for smooth operations
