Responsibilities & Context:
Production Planning: Developing, implementing, and monitoring production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.
Resource & Budget Management: Assessing project requirements, managing raw materials/stock levels, and negotiating, setting, and adhering to budgets
.
Operational Efficiency: Supervising daily production operations, optimizing workflow, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity.
Quality Control: Establishing and maintaining quality standards, inspecting products, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Health & Safety: Ensuring all operations adhere to strict health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is functional and repairing/replacing equipment as needed.
Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising production staff, including shift management
