Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and compliance with safety, health, and privacy regulations.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, including setting staff rotas and conducting performance reviews.
Act as a point of escalation for complaints, maintain high customer service standards, and manage the patient journey from consultation to follow-up.
Manage the budget, oversee billing and collections, and maintain optimal inventory levels for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and retail products.
Implement business strategies and marketing initiatives to increase transaction rates, patient retention, and new client acquisition.
Ensure the clinic complies with all local, state, and federal laws, including clinical governance and safety standards.
Liaise with external partners and suppliers for equipment maintenance and inventory procurement
Act as the primary point of escalation for patient disputes or service issues, resolving them professionally to protect the clinic's reputation.
Collaborating with medical staff and leadership to introduce new treatments, increase patient footfall, and achieve business goals.
